Portable and effective.

Love this app!! One of the best ones I have. I really am glad that it gives you the options to choose what I like to call your own intensity. I also like the fact it works all areas.

I am seriously impressed. This workout has me sweating and challenged from level and on. If I would make recommendation would be to warm up prior to using the app. There isnt time set aside to either warm up or cool down thats the reason for the 4 stars. Besides that get ready to feel the burn!

I just started with the app and I have to say it gives you an excellent workout. You feel everything in a good way. Way to go Runtastic....

These are the exercises my PT would prescribe if I kept going regularly. They have helped my hip strength, pelvic symmetry and overall strength while cycling. A bargain at $4.99! My one complaint (and star deduction) is for lack of alignment instructions.

U love working out, but need a coach to support me - remind me I need to work out on a specific day and keep track of my progress. Its all visually presented on my phone. And the counting during the exercise - you cant beat this. I am in love and hooked.

Great workout and I love how quick it is!

I have a smedium sized bottom admittedly. Butt, (<see what I did there?) I would at least like to have a well-shaped one. Although my ultimate goal is to don a behind as firm and prominent as Ms. Serena Williams, Ive been just as satisfied with what has become of mine using this app. The app is simple to use, helps me stay focused, and has yielded results for me in as little as two weeks. I use the reminder to keep me motivated and run my playlist in the background- two features I love- on a daily basis. It literally helps walks me through each set. If I could make two suggestions, I would appreciate a choice of different views so that I can check my form against the model. It would also be cool if I could load pictures each time I workout to view my bodys change over time. All in all, great app otherwise.

This app offers so much in the free version! Its great and I use it as much as I can!
