Simple and objective exercises which can be done anywhere. Particularly useful when traveling!

This app is the first option that is finally getting me on the loop of training. It is clear and has well structured programs that have facilitated my relationship with working out!

What a great app!! Ive been using this one and a few other Runtastic apps to compliment my workouts and I can see and feel a difference. Its gradual so you can get your body slowly used to it and the workouts are awesome!! Thank you Runtastic!! Please make more!!

Seems to be a pretty good app. Used it for a few weeks and seems like Im getting stronger and a more bubble but. Look like Ill buy the full version. Great app

I know I see woman in the app, however I know I dont need to ask if I do these will they work on my body even tho Im guy?. Cuz the answer is yeah however why isnt there a guy ver. And no Im not the "G" word. But I dont see why there isnt a guy ver. Im not saying it sexist but I wonder if anyone will read it and make a guy ver... -_-

I downloaded this app for free on the App free app. It says that it was the FULL app that costs $5 and when I when into the app to use it, most of the workouts werent there. It says to upgrade to the FULLEST app. Not happy

Nice workout, no $$ no weights to buy, I still feel the burn. I enjoy!!!
